Neuroaffirming Educator
Hailee Windsor (she/her) is a co-founder and board member of Divergent Minds Collective. She provides telehealth and in-person therapy in Puyallup, WA and she specializes in providing neurodivergent-affirming therapy to teens and adults. As a queer and neurodivergent individual herself, she offers a compassionate and holistic approach to her clients.

Dr. Rachel Hughes is a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a PhD in Medical Family Therapy and over 14 years of clinical experience and 10 years of supervisory. She is a WA State and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor and a certified Child Mental Health Specialist with advanced specializations in neurodivergent-affirming care. As the founder of CEUs Connect Counseling Lab, she leverages her doctoral-level expertise to provide high-quality, state-compliant training for Washington mental health professionals.
